When your customers, members, or employees have a identity theft crisis, their first call is to your organization. You made the decision to provide their LifeStages® identity management services, and that was a critical first step.

The next step—you put them in touch with a CyberScout fraud specialist, who tailors an individual solution to each victim’s needs. To support that victim, the fraud specialist:
  • Listens, answers questions, and gets to know them—not just their case
  • Takes immediate, proactive steps to limit the damage, including placing a free fraud alert
  • Communicates with creditors, government agencies, financial institutions, and law enforcement on their behalf
  • Advocates, guides, supports, informs, and educates
